School Visits to our KDAP
M’ agapao - Creative Activity Center for Children with Multiple Intelligences - Volos
Our KDAP opens its doors to schools and educational institutions, inviting classes and groups of students to live a unique experience through organized experiential seminars. In a safe, creative and interactive environment, children actively participate in activities that combine knowledge with the joy of discovery, expression and cooperation.
The visits take place in the morning hours, with the day and time determined by agreement. The duration of each activity is determined according to the age of the children, ranging from 60 to 90 minutes.
The maximum number of participants per visit is up to 25 children, in order to ensure the active participation of everyone and the quality of the experience.

6. Self-Regulated Learning & National Examinations
Self-regulated learning describes the ability of an individual to organize, monitor and evaluate their learning process. Especially when preparing for demanding exams, such as National Examinations, acquiring self-management strategies reduces stress and increases efficiency.
Strengthening internal motivation and self-confidence leads to greater mental resilience and better learning outcomes.
Objectives:
• understanding the concept of self-regulated learning
• identifying personal learning strategies
• enhancing self-organization and goal setting
• developing stress and time management techniques
• strengthening intrinsic motivation and psychological resilience
7. Self-Concept & Self-Confidence
Self-concept refers to the personal image that an individual forms of themselves — that is, how they "see", think about and evaluate themselves in relation to their abilities, characteristics, desires and weaknesses. This image is influenced both by internal experiences and by the messages they receive from their family and social environment.
Self-confidence is the trust in our capabilities and is directly linked to the quality of self-concept. Children and adolescents with a positive self-image tend to have greater inner strength, to dare, to assert themselves and to progress emotionally and socially.
Objectives:
• recognition and acceptance of personal identity
• connection with personal characteristics, talents, desires and challenges
• strengthening positive elements of self-image
• understanding the role of self-esteem in everyday life
• cultivating self-belief and encouragement for personal development
